- Device data — device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, search queries, and interaction timestamps.
- Location data — approximate location (city-level) derived from IP address. Precise GPS location is collected only with your explicit consent and only while the app is in use.
2. How we use your information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
- To verify seller identity and stall existence through our 3-tier verification process.
- To process transactions and facilitate escrow payments.
- To connect buyers with relevant verified sellers based on product searches and location.
- To send transactional notifications (order updates, payment confirmations, delivery status).
- To send marketing communications (only with your consent; you can opt out at any time).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

- With transaction counterparties — after a purchase is completed, limited seller contact information is shared with the buyer for legitimate dispute resolution. Buyer delivery details are shared with the assigned rider.
