Yes. Searching, browsing sellers, and creating an account is completely free. You only pay for the products you order plus a small delivery fee if you choose home delivery.
Every seller goes through our verification process. Listed sellers have their phone verified. Verified sellers have been physically visited by our field agents. Premium sellers have maintained high ratings for 3+ months. You can see each seller's level, ratings, and reviews on their profile.
MAKKET holds your payment securely until you confirm receipt. If there's a problem, raise a dispute and our support team will resolve it. Sellers send live photos before you confirm — so you know exactly what you're getting.
After you place an order and the seller confirms it, a dispatch rider picks up from the market and delivers to your chosen address or pickup point. Delivery fees start at ₦500 + ₦100 per km.

Listing is free. No signup fees or monthly charges. MAKKET takes 5% commission only when you make a sale through the platform. Premium profiles with priority placement are ₦5,000/month.
Absolutely. The app is designed for basic Android phones. Our field agents help you set up, and managing orders is as simple as responding to a notification. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use MAKKET.
Once the buyer confirms delivery, your payout (minus 5% commission) is sent to your bank account or mobile money wallet within 24 hours.
